Nile Crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus)
The Nile crocodile is the second larger reptile of the world, only staying behind the salted water Crocodile, and it is present in the majority of the rivers and lakes of the African continent. It is a feared threat to a big number of communities that have the shore of the rivers and lakes as home.
They are true dinosaurs and can reach 6 meters length and weigh 900 kg. Its skin is covered by strong scales that form a dark bronze colored shield, with black stains and a yellow belly.
